Ordering

  • How will I know if my order has been successfully placed? You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and summary.
  • How do I cancel or modify my online order? Unfortunately, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order is placed.
  • Why was my order cancelled? Order cancellations might occur due to item availability. Contact Cole Haan for questions.

Payments

  • How can I pay for my online purchases? A wide range of international payment options through Stripe are available.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax when ordering online? Yes, all applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout.
  • My order was not processed, but there's a charge on my account. When will it be removed? It's a pre-authorization hold. The charge won't be applied unless the order ships. It will drop off your account within 2-10 business days.

  • Where does Cole Haan manufacture its products? Products are manufactured worldwide using artisan craftsmanship and superior materials. Locations include the United States, Italy, and more.
  • What if the product I want is no longer available online? Contact info@colehaan.qa for suggestions on alternative styles.
  • How do I choose the right size gloves? Measure the circumference of your hand (excluding thumb) at the knuckles.
